Will my tickets be send per post to my address ?

No, all tickets are only available as a download.

What do I have to bring to the Entrance of the UNISITY Festival ?

Please bring your ticket and your identification (passport or ID), as well as proof of vaccination.

Is UNISITY Festival 3G ?

Yes.

Can I exchange my tickets ?

You can exchange your tickets until 30 days before the event. Afterwards no tickets can be returned or exchanged.

Can I refund my ticket ?

You can refund your tickets until 30 days before the event. Afterwards you cannot refund your ticket, every purchase is then final.
